Hi:
You should not install W8 unless you plan on taking the free upgrade to W8.1.
The reason for this is because there are no W8 drivers for the model wireless network adapter your notebook has.
Not from HP, and not from the wireless card manufacturer, and the W7, W8.1 or W10 drivers will not work for it either.
So, you can run Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.
While there are no W8.1 drivers for your model, you can most likely get them from other notebooks with the same hardware as yours, such as the 15t-ac000.

What is causing you to want Windows 8? Of all the recent versions of Windows, 8 is the last one I would install. If you have a working Windows 7 install, count yourself lucky and do not go to Windows 8. If you must do it we can help you find drivers one by one based on hardware IDs. Likely all but one or two will be automatically installed by Windows 8. Would you do an upgrade or a new, clean install?
And Windows 7 drivers will more likely work in Windows 8 than Windows 10 drivers.
