Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

generic pnp monitor (which is i thing monitor display driver) and sound card driver (realtek)  are giving yellow warnings signs. they are the most recent versions and i think they are not supporting the hardware which is causing my windows 10  to crash againand again while giving the blue sceen error. i have run the HP hardware diagnostic which is giving me all clear.

plz help me

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

While you respond to that, I recommend you download and install HP support assistant from the below link and then install all the updates.

Here is how it is done.

 

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

    Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

  6. Perform any other update management actions as needed.

    • Postpone an update: Click Remind me, and then select a time preference.

    • Delete an available update: Click the Delete icon  to remove the update from the list and record it in the action log.

    • Review updates status: Click Action log below the list to view installed, postponed, or deleted updates.
