I switched to windows 10 and lost drivers when overwriting the system(i assume), i immediately found the driver for the network , then i couldn't find the driver for audio realtek. I upgraded to Windows 11 back believing that maybe the system woeld find a problem, but the next day i solved the problem.

I'm contacting because i could't find all the drivers.

I had a difficult time finding the drivers because from what I can tell, some of the drivers on your notebook's support page do not have driver support for those specific hardware ID's.

I was able to find some of the drivers on the Microsoft Update Catalog website and you will have to manually install them because there are no exe files with the drivers provided from that site.

It's easy to do.

I have zipped up and attached 2 files for now which should install some of those devices:

I labeled them by the last 4 characters of the hardware ID's you posted.

Download and unzip the files to their folders.

Do not do anything with the files in the folders.

I will walk you through installing the driver for the 0003 device and you do that for the PCI devices the same way.

Go to the device manager.

Click on the ACPI\VEN_HPIC&DEV_0003 device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the 0003 driver folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

Then do the same for thr 54C6/54E8.

This driver should install some of those other ACPI devices:

Intel Dynamic Tuning Processor Participant Driver

sp154772.exe

This driver should install the USB\VID_06CB&PID_0169 device:

Synaptics Fingerprint Sensor Driver

sp154785.exe

After you install the attached and above HP driver file links, let me know what's left.

I'll hunt them down.

Thank you very much , all of the drivers works.

Remaining issues:

ACPI\VEN_INTC&DEV_1070

ACPI\VEN_INTC&DEV_1057

and i didn't notice that PCI differents drivers ,i watched the ending of names and thought these are several problems that can be solved by one driver.

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54E8&SUBSYS_8BB8103C&REV_00

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54C5&SUBSYS_8BB8103C&REV_00

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54E9&SUBSYS_8BB8103C&REV_00

Also if it not hard for you, i know how search drivers in this site Download ufficiale driver e software HP® | Supporto HP®

but if i use Microsoft update Catalog  i need to know name of drivers not id (if i understood well) , but how you understand name of drivers just know id?

Not all heroes wear cloaks!(Thank you)

You're very welcome.

How come the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54E8 & PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54C5 & PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_54E9 devices didn't get installed from the zip file I posted?

It shows driver support for those hardware ID's as indicated in this partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file below:

I found the INTC&DEV_1070 and INTC&DEV_1057 drivers on the Microsoft Update Catalog website, zipped them up and attached them below.

The 1057 file also contains driver support for the 54E8 54C5 & 54E9 devices as well.
