Hi:
For the first ID you need this driver...
This package provides the HP 3D Driveguard Software (HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection) for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The HP 3D Driveguard Software protects the hard drive by parking the heads if the notebook is accidentally dropped, or is abruptly impacted by another object.

For the second one, you need this driver...and I don't see any ! marks next to that one.
The package provides the driver that enables the Intel Collaborative Processor Performance Control (CPPC) in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

I don't understand the problem with the 3rd one you posted. Microsoft installed a driver for it.
I see no warning ! marks in your screenshot indicating there is a problem with the device.

You're very welcome.
Did you connect an external device to the PC and remove it?
Anytime you see a device in light shade, it means it is not currently present, but once was.
You can uninstall the device by right clicking on it, select Uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.
Restart the PC and it should not appear at all.
