Oh, yeah.  I forgot.

There is no USB3 driver on that support page.

Use this one...

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:

What processor does your notebook have?

7th gen core? 6th gen core? Pentium?  Celeron?

Makes a difference as to what drivers you need...

HP Recommended

I HAVE AN INTEL CORE i3

HP Recommended

Yes, but what generation?

7th gen or 6th gen?

HP Recommended

i would say the 7th cause it'S a new one

HP Recommended

OK...in the control panel>system information window, it will give you the processor model number, such as an i3-7320.

In any event, if your notebook has the 7th gen core processor...Intel only made W10 graphics drivers for the kaby lake processors.

Here is what you can try...

Use the W7 x64 drivers from the HP 250 G5, except the BIOS and firmware files.

There is a way to modify the W10 graphics driver to work on W7...

This person did it for the 450 G4.  You can even try the same driver if you want.  See BruceBTS's post.

OK, try the W7 x64 drivers from the 15t-ay000 except the BIOS and firmware files.
