You need these drivers...SMBus and USB Controllers:

 

Download and install the first driver on the page below and restart the PC.

Ethernet controller:  Download, unzip, and run the setup application from the 2nd file listed at the link below...

PCI Device:  Download, unzip, and run the setup application from the 1st file listed at the link below...
