Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cr0000 (538A1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

It's preinstalled on my HP Envy laptop. (v 2.5.8.1)

Also installed on ipad.

Connected ipad to HP via the original lightning-to-USB cable.

 

When launching Duet app on ipad, there's a menu where it tries to verify that I have an HP Envy . However, nothing happens.

Duet also doesn't open any window on the HP Envy, I can only see the icon in the system tray.

 

It never worked, also not right after purchase.
