Product: HP EliteOne 800 G5 23.8-inch All-in-One

Le lecteur DVD ne fonctionne pas. Il apparait sur le Bureau, il est dans le gestionnaire de périphérique (HL DLDS DVDROM DUDIN) lorsque je clique dessus, il m'indique d'insérer un DVD dans le lecteur, j'en ai essayé plusieurs avec toujours le même message. Pouvez-vous m'aider, SVP? Merci à l'avance
