Hp sent my case to the 3rd party vender named as impact-infotech (Pune). The 1st technician was [edit] but i didn't get call from this person. (Friday 23 August ) I got call from another technician [edit]. He told me that he will come at my place to resolve the issue but he didn't. I tried reaching out to him but he was continuously rejecting my calls and next day again I got a call from different technician he visted my place on (28-08-2024) and he said that he doesn't have the part available It will take more time. And the due date was 23-08-2024.
I paid the amount for services not for destroying my mental peace
I can't wait anymore.
Please help me.
