Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

mi tarjeta grafica no rinde como debería pareciera que cada vez que enchufo mi laptop para que la tarjeta funcione mejor esta rinde menos o sigue rindiendo igual, es una nvidia gtx 1070 ya le desinstale los drivers y se los volvi a instalar y sigue igual, hasta la formatee y nada, sigue dando el mismo problema, sera algo de hardwear?
