HOW are you accessing your email -- through a Web browser?
If so, my guess is that you saved the ID and password so that now, when you open that site, it automatically enters the old information, which is no good anymore.
What you need to do is go into the Browser and remove the cookie for that site. Then when you open it next time, you will get prompted for the ID and password.
Each Browser does this differently, so you will have to search online on how to remove specific cookies for the Browser that you are using.
