why am I NOT receiving emails when someone replies to my posts? I have checked the box for "Email me when someone replies", but I am not getting emails!!

Do these step-by-step instructions:

1. Click on your profile.
2. Go to Subscriptions & Notifications.
3. Click Notification settings.
4. Adjust all your notification preferences from there.
5. Now save and check

I didn't get an email notification that you had replied to my post, so would you be kind enough to reply to this so that I can check that I am now getting emails?

No email!! I had to log in to the community to find that you had replied!

I have recently installed Norton 360 on my computer which includes a VPN. Could that be blocking emails from HP Communuty?

I don't think Vpn has anything to do with it. Check your email spam section/folder. It may be there

I still not did receive an email for your 06:40AM reply, but curiously I did get an email about my own reply to you at 05:21AM (see above). It was in my junk folder though.

I do not understand why I am not getting emails about responses to my posts. It's not just you, it contributors to other posts that I currently have open.

Can you offer any other advice?
