Welcome to the HP English Community --

Email is not a computer hardware thing nor is it an HP computer hardware thing.

Email is controlled, sorted, and sent to you through the services provided by your Email provider.

This is true regardless of the platform (computer, tablet, phone).

Unwanted emails -- "hundreds" -- is perhaps a service denial attack or similar.

Mark unwanted emails as spam / junk.

Never "unsubscribe" spam -- doing so just tells the rats that you received the email and that your address is valid.

Suggestion

Contact your email provider for help with uncontrollable spam that is taking over your email Inbox.
