Hi @blakesmate,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Certainly! To enable the immersive movie camera feature on your HP device, you can follow these general steps. However, please note that precise instructions may vary depending on your specific HP model and software version.

Steps to Enable Immersive Movies Camera:

Access Camera Settings:

  • Type "Camera" in the taskbar search box and select the Camera app from the list of applications.

Check Camera Permissions:

  • Go to the app's settings and ensure that all necessary permissions are granted for the camera to function properly.

Update Camera Drivers:

  • Type "Device Manager" in the search box and select it.
  • Expand the "Imaging devices" category.
  • Right-click on your camera and select "Update driver."
  • Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
  • Follow the prompts to complete the update.

Install HP Support Software:

  • Install the HP Support Assistant to ensure all system drivers are up-to-date. You can download it from HP's official website.

Enable the Camera:

  • Go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Camera."
  • Ensure that "Allow apps to access your camera" is enabled.
  • Check that individual apps that need camera access are also enabled.

Check System Updates:

  • Ensure your operating system is up-to-date since updates can include important bug fixes and features. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and check for updates.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
