1)I am unable to access some of the buttons which are in taskbar.
2)And i am unable to access cortana search now .
3)In start window when i am opening some folder ,then its automatically refreshing the pc and even that folder is not opening and i have to go from the beginining again

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to access some of the icons on the taskbar and Cortana.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What apps/icons you are unable to access?
Have you made any software changes on the computer?
Meanwhile, I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.
