The Laptop that I have is:
HP 15s - fq1012na I was printing from Microsoft Publisher in colour. the protection code 0xe06d7363 came up on the screen. I can no longer print in colour from the machine. It will print only black and white, even if I select colour print. I have tried to reset the computer to the original settings. However, the problem still exists. How can I solve this?
