Product: 15-f211wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an hp 15 f211wm that came with windows 10 and has since been reloaded with windows 7.

 

I need the USB drivers as none of my USB ports work.

 

I've looked everywhere and been told that since the laptop came with windows 10 it won't work with 7. I know there's a driver out there that is compatible with 7. Any advice would be great.

downgrade hp 15-f211wm from win10 to win7.

 

Soon after that, I can only hear the sound. I need to install the CHIPSET, VIDEO and WLAN drivers.

There is no way as my USB ports does not work either.

 

Please let me know how to install drivers without USB

or Let me know how to make my usb ports to work.

Hi @Baddu :

 

The product specs for the 15-f211wm indicate that it comes with a DVD drive.

Simply burn the driver files you need to a CD, and use the CD to install the drivers.
