HP 845 g8 . face sign in hello not working .. finger print is working fine . but the face id is not

Your machine does NOT have a camera which support face recognition, it only has (on page 3 of its manual(

 

Security:

  • Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0
  • Touch fingerprint sensor (select products only) your machine has this option
  • Nano security cable lock
  • Smart card reader (active) (select products only)
