Spectre x360 13
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had the hp spectre x360 for probably around month to 2 month, and never bothered until now. The face recognition worked great for the first few days, and I believe on the third day I been using this laptop, it says "Couldn't turn on camera. Make sure it's working properly."

I have made sure the camera worked, and made sure there was nothing wrong with any settings, and searched for solutions. I still yet to figure it out.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to use the face recognition on your computer, is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.

Recommend you visit www.hp.com/drivers and enter the product number of your computer.

Download and install Intel RealSense Depth Camera Management Driver on your computer and check.

If the issue persists, delete and reconfigure face recognition and check.

Keep me posted. Good Luck.
