HP Recommended

OS is downgraded from win 11 to  win 10 Enterprise 22H2 as per organization needs .  after this touchpad is not working. Kindly suggest.

The PC is not supported by HP for W10.

 

If your organization needs to run W10, you should purchase HP Probook or Elitebook business class notebooks which have driver support for both W10 and W11.

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 touchpad driver from the older model series 15-eg1000:

 

HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg1000 Software and Driver Details

 

If that doesn't work, you will have to outfit the notebook with a USB mouse.

tried with this driver : https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-pavilion-laptop-pc-15-eg1000/2100893647/swItemId/o...  -- its not working.

 

Driver is not supported on this Touchpad Vendor ,.
