Hi:

 

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

After the reset is done, and it is at the point where you would be setting up the PC for the first time, you should be able to press and hold the power button to shut down the PC and the new owner can turn it on and set it up like new.
