my cousin has this HP Pavilion G6 she forgot the password for it and can no longer access her email that she used to set it up and we already tried 15 different passwords that she has used in the past and none of them are the right password so right now she just wants me to factory reset the laptop I have no serial number on it the sticker is so faded I can't see it but it's a Windows 8 and everything that I looked up said to press f11 repeatedly until the control panel pops up and I've been pressing f11 and nothing is popping up I have no idea what to do from here to factory reset
