Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After having a problem in windows, I had to reset the laptop. Then after reset everything is fine, but I couldn't find hp support assistant app, so I downloaded it from hp website, but while installing it shows failed to extract cab.  I tried all the solutions for the same case but nothing changed, could you help me please.                                                The OS is : Windows 10 and the model of laptop is :  HP Notebook—15-da2027ca
