Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a HP pavillion 15 ec1xxxx and I just enabled the fan through the bios settings. However, when I try controlling my laptop fan through Nvidia, it doesn't work, I have also tried MSI afterburner and it doesn't sync to my fans. Is there any way or app that I can use to freely customize and use my laptop fans? I would love to play FPS games and I think that the fan being not working on its maximum capacity does affects my laptop's performance. Please help

I want the check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> copy/paste to following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report your results
