Hi there, can someone help me to fix the finger print setting? it doesn't work now. I have uninstalled its driver and replaced by the same one from HP driver download web side. No improvement at all.

If this is a recent occurrence, have you attempted a system restore to correct the issue by reverting to an earlier known working date?
