Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC

i bought hp elitebook 840g5 second hand, it's warranty got expired this feb 23, windows hello fingerprint showing not compatibe but windows hello face scanner is working properly. things i have tried till now through community suggestions 

1. hard and power reset 

2. bios update to latest 

3. device manager is not showing fingerprint driver in any format ( also not in other devices) 

4. there is no option to turn on fingerprint in bios 

5. no fingerprint scanner driver update in windows update section or hp website

i think i have tried every other suggestion regarding this problem, if anyone have solid solution for this or any explaination regarding this, please guide me.
