fingerprint sensor not working error (45) after wet wipes then dry wipes immediately and amd 2019 update and reinstalling chipest and catalyst amd ?? any help please i really appriciate it thanks in advance

i reseted my laptop after that the biometric devices can't be found in device manager but the software is in control panel programs ,the biometric devices doesn't even appear in view hidden devices
