HP Recommended

Hello, community! I am wondering if the issue with my touchpad is an isolated case. The drivers provided by the manufacturer do not change anything and the system seems to run on legacy features alone. Basically I always need to connect my external mouse to quickly navigate and work with my notebook. Anyone with a solution , please assist
