getting jumpstart back (reinstallation)

Hi,

Please how do I get Hp jumpstart back on my device? I had to format it due to a malfunctioning, have since lost the jumpstart

I want to get it back on to my device

 Let's try these steps:

• Then perform a hard reset from this link: http://hp.care/2nwQ054
• Then perform a system recovery to factory settings by following this guided troubleshooter http://hp.care/2xSmY2f to get back HP jumpstart. (HP PCs - Performing an HP System Recovery)

If the issue persists, I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support to order recovery media for the computer.

Make sure you select the Country and Region.
