ghz not at max

so im trying to play a game, a game that i meet the minimum requriments but whenever i launch the game, my cpu ghz goes to 2.5 to 1.1 causing me to play at a low fps. whenever i launch that game this event occurs. i've tried using softwares that disable core barking, but it doesn't work

If the BIOS has Turbo Boost etc you could try turning this off.

theres only 'enable turbo boost on DC', but im on ac currently

ok, what about heat ? Is the computer clean, fans etc. This often happens when heat triggers the cpu to throttle down.

It's a tricky one for shore.  Does it happen with all games?

it doesn't have the problem with all games, my cpu's heat is fine
