Product: HP Chromebook 14 G4
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hello,

 

I have my old HP Chromebook 14 G4 and Google Play app is not in there anymore, so i'm not able to install anything basic.

I assume it happens because this device is not supported anymore. But maybe i can get assisted by some kind HP customer care representative to install it back on my laptop somehow? Looking forward to get your precious help!

According to this thread, App Store support is currently not available on your model but planned for "sometime in the future" -- with that time being unspecified:
