I understand that you would like to know how to install google play store on hp chrome book.
Your Chromebook must first be on the list of Chromebooks Supporting Android Apps: https://www.chromium.org/chromium-os/chrome-os-systems-supporting-android-apps
Planned Status means that the Play Store will eventually be coming to your device.
Stable Channel Status means the Play Store is on the Stable Channel for your device.
Beta Channel Status means the Play Store is on the Beta Channel for your device.
If your device is not listed, it will not receive the Play Store.
