Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI, Microsoft assistance tried to download a new graphic driver for my windows 10 laptop, but couldnt. they advised to contact HP assistant to do this, but there is nobody there to do it, and phone help is mon-friday only. can anyone help me today with advise please?
