HI!

im having a problem with mi pavillion 360 15-dq1003la. From the night to the mornig, my keyboard and the mouse arent working. Icheck the BIOS and they work. I restore the drivers and nothing works and I went to the CMD and try to find a failure but nothing happened. I need to solve this! Somenone can help me? Im going crazyy

hi" how are you? thanks por the respond! Ive already try that, but it says that is not my OS Version. I have Os version 22H2. 

ive already try to uninstall and update all drivers

In this case, there are 2 alternatives:

 

1 - Wait for future updates on the HP website

 

2 - Search for a driver on the websites below:

Ma-Config; Driver Easy; Driver Booster; Drivers Collection

HI! Still struggling with this. There arent drivers for this computer, i downloded all the apps and none of them has it!

So there really isn't a driver approved yet for the current version of Windows.
