Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having problems with my EiteBook 840 G2. In the message says HP Hotkey UWP Service and send me to this address 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pup/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe

I already did it but this model is not in teh list.

What else can I do? Thanks
