Hello @Rionel,
It clearly looks like micro HDMI to me, also known as HDMI type D.
We can obtain a certain answer if you provide a model name or product number for your device. E.g. HP Spectre x360 - 13-ap0028ca or 5MT98UA#ABL
Information on how to find a laptop's model name or product number is detailed in this HP document. (Please do not post serial numbers on the HP Support Community. The difference between a product number and a serial number is that the product number contains a # sign)

Firstly, that doesn't look like micro HDMI. It looks like you're using a micro USB cable instead. What input type do you have on your TV? HDMI?
If you're wanting a micro HDMI (Type D) to HDMI (Type A) connection, you need a cable like this: https://www.amazon.com/Rankie-Micro-Supports-Ethernet-Return/dp/B01HXWNTYQ/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywo...
It supports up to 4K @ 30Hz. I'm not sure if you need something greater but that's just an example. You can look on Amazon for other options.
Also, the information you posted doesn't provide anything useful to me. Please read the documents I posted and look for the formats I requested.
