hi have hp elite book 840 g6 . my all hotkeys working except for brightness . when i click on the brightness key . a small window pops up which says HP HOTKEY SUPPORT. i dont know what to do because all other hotkeys working just fine. please advise.

I suggest you reinstall the hotkey support
