Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are no drivers for hotkeys for example to change the brightness of the screen with fn+F2 and fn+F3 for windows 10 x 64. What should I do to make it work? I have HP ProBook 4540s with serial number 2CE321167T

Yes, that is a fairly common issue.

 

See this discussion and hopefully the file I linked in that discussion still works nowadays.
