i used this app to find something for my problem (which of coures i didnt coz hp sucks) 

but now it wont leave after a restart (shutdown - start up )

very uncomfortable to see big blue button help me . 

 

if anyone wants to know waht i was searching on that app - link to my other question

Hi:

 

That is the HP support assistant software.

 

Open the program by clicking on the icon, or in the W10 programs menu under HP Help and Support...

 

After the program opens, there is a Settings gear icon at the top right of the program window.

 

Open that, scroll down and under the Choose how you would like to be notified section, uncheck the Display an Icon on your taskbar, and further down uncheck the show a welcome screen when I open the support assistant.

 

I also suggest near the top of the settings window to select the Check for updates but let me choose...option.

 

I would never let the HPSA just download and install updates automatically.
