my old laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro 

my new laptop is a HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)

I need to transfer my stuff from old to new and have no clue how to do it

Thank you for your fast reply Banhien my old laptop isn't running windows 10 it is an earlier version about Windows 8 or so will your reply also work for that ?
