HP Stream Notebook PC 11

so i went on my notebook after a long time and i turned it on to find a lot of useless apps on it  i deleted them all and even removed them from my recycling bin. the only thing i have saved on this notebook is songs that i have downloaded. there is nothing else in any of the other folders. but the thing is when i go to file explorer and go on to This PC, the local disk is always red and only ever has like 1-2 GB free of 21. i have nothing on this notebook. i have deleted and removed everything i don't need. FYI the bar was red before i even added the music. i have no idea what else to do so it would be great if someone could help me. Thank You

Here are some things you can do to recover some of the disk space:

http://winaero.com/blog/how-to-clean-up-winsxs-folder-in-windows-10/

Also, the community Win10 Forums has the following suggestions:

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here: https://www.getclone.app/download/category/11-cleanmgr

Also, there is a freeware app known as Wise Disk Cleaner. I use it every day to get rid of junk files: https://www.wisecleaner.com/wise-disk-cleaner.html
