ALL the apps that transfer programs from one PC to another or one OS version to another are PAID versions. Those same vendors (EaseUS and LapLink) offer Free versions, but those only transfer data, not applications.
I heartly second the suggestion from Banhien for EaseUS, as I have used their ToDo PC Trans app many times and found it to be the best of these apps out there.
