how locate my stolen laptop?

Sorry, but this is only a Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we can do nothing to track or recover missing property.

If you were signed into your device using a Microsoft account, the link provided by @hankas tells you what you can to to attempt to track it.

But, if you were signed in to your device using a local account, then you are basically out of luck.
