Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, recently I bought brand new Hp envy x360 13-ay0045au  laptop it comes with free Microsoft office Home & student I dont know how to activate it. i tried many ways  but i can't get it installed and activate.... hope you understand my query and comes back appropriate solution.

First off, the version of Office that comes preloaded on HP PCs is a trial version, and since that expires, it does NOT activate.

IF you are trying activate that version, you will not succeed.

Second, if you believe that you purchased Office included with your HP PC, then you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly because we here can not assist you in that activation.
