I found this item at the hp store in your region.

The model does not mention that Office is included - what you are seeing is most likely a Trial version or simply an advertisement that you can have Office if you pay for it.

If you purchased Office with the computer, look for the license information in the order information / order email communications received from HP at the time of purchase.

If you purchased the computer from the HP Store and you want to ask about it,

Use the contact information on the web site

OR perhaps

Select Home and Home Office products > (Next) Select the type of order / information you seek

Installation and License Key Options

Some of the ways to “get” Office Software:

  1. Trial Software that comes with the computer.

An "offer" to try the software, in other words.  The license is NOT included in Trial offers.

  1. Purchase Microsoft Office when you purchase your computer

Look for your license key with your purchase paperwork.

  1. Receive a “free one year subscription to Office 365 when you purchase the computer (quite rare).

If you have trouble with this exact type of “installed” Office before it has expired,

Contact HP Support for recovery options.

  1. Purchase Office separately from Microsoft or other merchant.
