Dear All,

I experience problems with hp sure on pdf document.

First problem: I have to remove for each pdf the hp protection manually to be able to open the document in another reader than adobe pdf.

Second: on several occasion I cannot open the document in adobe pdf. The document opening process gets stuck in the middle.

 

Bottom line. I would like to deactivate or deinstall hp sure. How can it be done on windows 11? Please give step by step.
