Hello,
Turn on the computer and press repeatedly the Esc or f10 key to start to the BIOS setup menu >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSN0qzXayUY
On the Security tab, check whether your TPM Device status is Hidden.
Toggle the TPM device status to Available.
Change TPM State to Enabled.
Press f10 to exit the BOPS, and then click Yes to save changes. If prompted, press f1 to confirm the changes and restart the computer.
