MY LAPTOP WAS STOLEN ON 01/02/2017 AT NIGHT. nOW I HAVE LOST THE PURCHASE PAPER ALSO .AS I HAVE REGISTERD THE PRODUCT ON YOUR WEBSITE,CAN I FIND MY LAPTOP SERIAL NUMBER? IT WAS PURCHASED ON SEPTEMBER 2010.CAN YOU HELP ME? PLEASE SUGEST

The number was on a sticker which was on the box it was delivered to you. You can also check the paperwork you had for the PC.

 

We do not have the capability to help you find the serial number otherwise.

 

This is a peer to peer support forum, not a business unit of HP. 

 

Since the notebook was a 2010 model, I highly recommend sourcing a replacement.

 

 

This time take a digital photo of the identifying information for your notebook.
