Unfortunately we cannot help you in any way, Sorry.
You've to contact HP technical support in your region, to re-tattoo the hardware hashes and product details into the BIOS chip with their propriety HP DMI tools.

yeah ive tried contacting them through your link it just keeps me going through the same trouble shooter. I did however find this( https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/product-information-is-not-valid/td-p/5750284) link which is moreless whats been helping solve my problem Im now trying to find the version HPBQ138.exe that pertains to my laptop since Im getting a error message when i try running the one i found
