Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand there's an error - "System board (00A)" on your device,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://hp.care/2rSuDJS;
- (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- When was the last time it worked? have you attempted anything else apart from what you've mentioned? could you elaborate?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to know:
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.

To resolve this issue, contact HP using the Contact Support tab at the top of this screen. You will be asked to provide the fourteen-digit System Board Commodity Tracking (CT) Number. Use the steps in one of the following sections to find the CT Number:

Thank you for responding,
It's great to have you back 😉
I believe I had requested you to Contact HP with that information,
As this is unfortunately a hardware related issue and such issues require a repair via HP,
I would request you to use the instructions sent earlier to Contact HP as advised before,
And believe you me, if I had anything else I could do to help, I would have, unfortunately this is the end of the line.
